SPICY BEEF STIR- FRY

Ingredients:
100 grams Beef Rump
1 1/2 tbsp(s) sauce - soy (low sodium)
1 1/2 tbsp(s) juice - orange
1/2 broccoli - fresh
25 ml water
50 grams Brown Rice - dry
1/2 tbsp(s) Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp(s) Black bean sauce
60 grams beansprouts
Directions: Prep: Cut rump steak into 2cm cubes Broccoli, thinly slice and cut into small florets In a small bowl, marinate Beef cubes in 1.5 tbsp of the soy sauce for at least 30 mins In a separate small bowl, whisk the remaining 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, the orange juice, black bean sauce and shill sauce. Use a spritz of oil sray and coat a large non-stick pan whilst placed over a medium-high heat. Cook the Broccoli for 2 minutes stirring frequently, add the water, cover and cook for 1 minute, until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Thransfer the broccoli to a plate. Use another spritz of oil on the same pan and place over a medium heat. Cook the marinated beef for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Pour in the black bean sauce mixture add the cooked broccoli and the beansprouts. Cook for 1 minute, or until warmed through. Serve over the rice...
