Chicken and Avocado Salad

Ingredients 45 grams Rocket Leaves 15 grams nuts - pine 1/2 Red Onion 1 tomato(es) - medium 1 tbsp(s) parsley 1 tsp(s) vinegar - balsamic cup(s) 1/2 avocado(s) - medium 1 tsp(s) Smoked Paprika 2 tsp(s) Olive Oil 1 chicken breast(s) (1 breast is 115 g) Directions: Heat Grill to medium. Rub the Chicken all over with 1 tsp olive oil and the paprika ( I like to add some chilli flakes and crushed garlic too) Cook for 5 minutes each side until lightly charred and cooked through Mix all the salad ingredients together (parsley leaves were fresh and roughly chopped), season and add the rest of the oil. Thickly Slice the chicken and serve with the salad and sprinkle with some walnuts.
