Its such a shame that when we go on holiday we seem to put on weight ( no seem about it we do) this 7 day diet plan is from good housekeeping magazine. I am sure you will loose a few pounds if you follow this correctly. Part of slimming down involves a simple, sensible exercise and eating plan. Over the next 7 days you should aim to consume 1,200 calories per day, plus calorie-free beverages as desired, and take a multivitamin and a 400-milligram calcium supplement daily.
