Satsuma pumpkins
Cast a spell over your little witches and wizards and watch them gobble up these satsuma Jack-o’-lanterns. A little piece of celery makes their pumpkin stalk.

Ingredients
For the spooky tortillas
4 large, flour tortillas
2 tbsp olive oil
For the slime dip
2 ripe avocados, halved
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
Use biscuit cutters or a sharp knife to cut out scary tortilla shapes, such as bats, pumpkins and skulls.
Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Lightly brush the tortillas with olive oil on both sides.
Cut out your choice of spooky Halloween shapes and spread out on a large baking sheet. Bake for 6 minutes, turning halfway through, until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
To make the dip, scoop the flesh from the avocados and mash in a bowl with the red onion, coriander and lime
juice. Season to taste. Serve the dip with the spooky tortillas for dipping.
