As we are approaching Christmas , and all the mad dash of cooking, cleaning, present buying and shopping, I thought it would be good to take some time out and indulge in a little bit of scottish cooking. Just after christmas I will be featuring New year/Hogmanay so check back then for more scottish recipes.
