GUERNSEY FOR A WEEK

Today is the day I am off for a week to Guernsey, its a place that all my family love, from when my parents first took a family holiday there in the 1960's to today with my Sister, children , nieces and nephew and their children I am sure that it is a tradition that will last for years to come.

I have decided that while I am away I will post daily recipes of the traditional foods from Guernsey for you to enjoy so pop in everyday this week and see whats on offer. Don't forget to make a comment or if there is a Guernsey recipe you would like to see let me know.
