Grilled Prawns with garlic and chilli
To go with the sangria from yesterdays post, as nice idea would be Tapas, I think the recipes for them will have to wait for later post's as there is such a choice and I need a bit more time to sort that. so here is a nice prawn recipe you could use it as part of a tapas meal if you wished.
1 kg Fresh prawns (langostines) (serves roughly 4 people)
2-4 garlic cloves
2 red chilli chopped (de-seeded)
Olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Buy fresh prawns from the market or supermarket. Wash & peel and de-vein if preferred. Place in an ovenware dish and cook in the oven or fry together with the garlic & chilli for 3-5 minutes or until the shells have turned pink. Serve and squeeze a fresh lemon over to taste.
