Cheese Fondue

Auto for 1 - 2 hours

1 clove garlic, cut in half

150ml dry white wine

225 g Gruyere, grated

225 g Emmenthal, grated

20ml cornflour

pepper

grated nutmeg

Rub the inside of the slow cook with the garlic. Add the wine and cook on auto/high for 30 minutes.

Mix the cheese with the cornflour and seasonings thoroughly. Add the cheese mixture to the wine and stir well. cook on auto/high for one and a half hours, stirring after 30 minutes. The fondue may now be left for 1 - 2 on auto, if you do not have this facility then leave on low maximum 1 hour.

To serve: serve in the disconnected slow cook, spear cubes of crusty bread and dip in the fondue.
