Victorian recipes

Well I hope you enjoyed last weeks preserves if you want any more recipes then go to BBC Goodfood and type in preserves. Probably towards the end of September/early October I will do Christmas gifts with food which will include some preserves.

So next week....well I was going to do WW2 and ration recipes from 1940 - 1954 with some interesting facts to go along with it but, I have found that I need to do a bit more research on this so keep an eye out if this is something you are interested in or if you have any of your own recipes (or Mum, or Nan, or Auntie's) and you would like to share then please get in touch..in the meantime I thought it would be interesting to see what the Victorians cooked,
