HOME AND EATEN TO MUCH......

So from Monday I shall post some Curves recipes as I think I need to control my eating and I do hope that Curves do not mind..Please let me know on Monday. Its a great place to go with lots of encouragement from the lovely ladies that work there, and the members are all very friendly happy people. I also noticed this recipe for a breakfast smoothie which looks much nicer than my green concoction from the previous week.


MORNING SMOOTHIE

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 85 grams mango(s) - medium

  • 85 grams pineapple chunks - canned in juice

  • 1 banana(s)

  • 175 grams Greek Yogurt - fat Free

  • 2 tbsp(s) flaxseed (linseed) - ground

Directions: Prep: Mango can be fresh or frozen banana must be frozen (remember to peel before freezing) Method: In a blender/food processor combine all ingredients until desired consistency.
